PUNCTUALITY: As the rooms are specially prepared for each booking, it is your responsibility to arrive punctually 15 minutes before the booked game and to take delays due to traffic, public transport and other factors into account. Delays will be deducted from the game time. In this case, no refund of the price is possible. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are possible free of charge up to three days before the game date. 3 days to 24 hours before the game date, half the price is due. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the booked date, the full price will be charged. If fewer participants take part in the date than booked in advance, the price can be adjusted on site. However, the minimum price of 4 players is always due. escapeArea reserves the right to cancel already booked dates for internal reasons. In this case, any game fees already paid will be refunded.
